The Nordic Food Lab was honored to be invited to an EU Parliament session on innovation, EU Agencies- The Way Ahead. It was a great opportunity for us present our philosophy to an audience we might not usually reach. We able to introduce the concepts of the New Nordic Cuisine, and hopefully disseminate the inspiration we find in the Scandinavian culinary momentum.
